Statutory Holidays in The French-Speaking Province Of Quebec For 2021 & 2022


About 2021 and 2022 statutory holidays in Quebec, Canada

In additon to the national Statutory holidays in Canada, the following holidays are observed in the province of Quebec:

In the French-speaking Quebec, either Good Friday or Easter Monday should be given as a paid statutory holiday. However, many businesses will give both days.

Victoria Day will be on the same day with National Patriotes Day.

Fête Nationale -St. John the Baptist Day - will be on June 24th.

Construction Holiday will be in July during the last two weeks. While it concerns officially only employees whithin the construction industry, many other people in Quebec plan to take their vacations during these two weeks.
